About
In this course, we will explore the fundamental principles of the believer's call to the royal priesthood. The aim is to empower each believer to understand and fulfil their role as a priest within the Christian context, engaging in missions in a practical and effective manner. Upon enrolling in the course, you will receive a free e-book titled "Missionary Training for Tentmakers" by Reverend Francisco Brandão. The course methodology involves reading the e-book, followed by answering 100 multiple-choice questions divided into 5 blocks of 20 questions each. Upon completing this assessment, you may receive a certificate issued by the FRANBRAN INSTITUTE in Canada, qualifying you to seek a position as a Tentmaker in various religious organizations worldwide. In the Old Testament, priests were not self-appointed but chosen by God to serve Him with their lives, offering sacrifices and interceding on behalf of God's people. With the coming ministry of Jesus Christ, sacrifices became unnecessary, as His sacrifice on the cross was complete and final. The tearing of the temple veil in Jerusalem at the moment of Jesus' death symbolized the end of the Old Testament priesthood. Now, believers can enter directly into God's presence through the great High Priest, Jesus Christ. What a blessing and privilege it is to have direct access to the presence of God, as we, as believers, are "a royal priesthood" (1 Peter 2:5). We are chosen by God to "offer God a sacrifice of praise" (Hebrews 13:15) and to proclaim the praises of Him who called us out of darkness into His wonderful light. In this study, Rev. Francisco Brandão will help us develop and strengthen our role as the priesthood of believers, to better serve the Lord, His church, and the people God places in our path. May you be enriched and powerfully used as His instrument through this course. Welcome and prepare for a journey of spiritual growth and missionary empowerment.
